1. Information we collect

• Account and profile information, such as your email address, sign-in provider, username, profile images, region, and preferences.
• Content and activity, such as builds, setups, completed-build posts, uploads, saved or liked items, price alerts, and other features you use.
• Purchase and notification information, such as subscription status, product and store identifiers, notification preferences, and push tokens. Payment providers process your payment details; we do not receive your full card number.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device or browser information, approximate country, app or API version, pages and features used, and security, performance, and error data.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide accounts, builds, profiles, subscriptions, alerts, and other BuildCores features;
• save your settings and show region-appropriate products and storefronts;
• send service messages and communications related to features you use;
• send occasional BuildCores news and product updates, which you can turn off in settings;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services; and
• measure product use and support advertising.

We share information with providers that help us with authentication, hosting, storage, email, notifications, subscriptions, analytics, advertising, security, and support. These include Google/Firebase, Microsoft Clarity, Playwire, RevenueCat, Apple, Expo, and SendGrid. They may process information in the United States or other countries under their own terms and privacy policies.

Information you choose to publish can be visible to other users and visitors. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect BuildCores, our users, or others.

• Manage optional website analytics from the Cookie preferences card on the Privacy Policy page.
• Update profile, notification, and marketing preferences in your account settings.
• Delete your account from account settings.
• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Email us to make a request.

6. Account deletion

Deleting your account deletes your sign-in identity, including your email, and removes your username, bio, notification settings, notifications, favorites, price alerts, and profile-image references. We also remove stored profile images when those cleanup steps succeed. An anonymized ownership record, builds, setups, custom media, other content you shared, logs, backups, or provider records may remain where needed to keep shared content working, operate and protect BuildCores, or meet legal obligations.

Deleting your BuildCores account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it through the app store or payment provider you used.

7. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to operate and protect BuildCores and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the provider that handles it.

We use technical and operational safeguards intended to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
